atang

It's weird yet cool. We celebrated mother's day at the cemetery. Syempre we came to light candles for mama, lolo and my great grand lola. We even gave "atang" (merienda for the dead). Creepy 'no? makes me remember the commercial of Nestle All Purpose Cream. haha. Have you seen it? A woman came to visit the grave of her relative then she left an "atang". Sosyal. Fruit salad pa. When she got home, she saw the "atang" that she left for the dead. Haha. Tapos yung hirit: Di kasi Nestle ang ginamit mo. Something like that. haha. Cool talaga.

Anyway, I really miss mama. Earlier, the pastor asked the mothers to come infront then we prayed for them, I was crying. How I wish, mama was also there, one of the moms we were praying for. So I went to my tita mayet, one of mama's bestfriend, and one of my "mamis". I hugged her for comfort :)
